The short version: use Sloop VPN lawfully, do not harm other people or the service, and manage paid plans through your Apple Account.
01
Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use govern Sloop VPN and related support provided by CORECARD SOFTWARE DMCC (“Sloop”, “we”, or “us”). By installing or using Sloop VPN, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Apple and App Store terms may also apply.
02
What Sloop VPN provides
Sloop VPN creates a system VPN connection and routes supported traffic through an available port selected by the user. Features may include server locations, connection information, a seven-day guest period, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and Sign in with Apple. A VPN protects the route between your Mac and the selected server but cannot guarantee anonymity in every circumstance, remove malware, or replace safe browsing practices.
03
Your license
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sloop VPN on supported Apple devices under these terms. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not resell access, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
04
Seven-day guest voyage
A fresh installation may receive seven days of VPN access without sign-in and without a traffic limit. Guest access is promotional access provided by the app and is not a promise of permanent free service. Attempts to reset, duplicate, or manipulate guest eligibility may result in restricted access.
05
Subscriptions and Apple billing
Sloop VPN offers auto-renewable periods of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. The App Store shows the current price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before the current billing period ends. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and verified entitlement information. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
06
Acceptable use
You must use Sloop VPN lawfully and respect the rights of others. You may not distribute malware, attack or access systems without authorization, send spam, commit fraud, harass or exploit people, infringe intellectual property, evade lawful restrictions, overload infrastructure, or use the service in a way that puts other users or the service at risk.
07
Availability and changes
Connection quality depends on your network, device, distance, server load, local restrictions, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific speed, access to every destination, or permanent availability of any port. We may maintain, update, replace, or remove servers and features to protect and operate the service.
08
Ownership
Sloop VPN, its name, software, text, visual design, logo, and nautical characters are owned by CORECARD SOFTWARE DMCC or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership beyond the limited license granted above.
09
Warranty and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sloop VPN is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will always be error-free or overcome restrictions imposed by networks, websites, governments, or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using Sloop VPN at any time. We may restrict or end access for material violations, security threats, abuse, or legal requirements. Cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple Account settings. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@slooppro.com.
